We want you to feel confident in every piece you purchase from 8 Star Patterns. Please review our policy below before completing your order.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the limited nature of our drops and small-batch production, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse.
Exchanges (If Available)
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to help.
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
- If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit, depending on availability
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive the wrong item or an item with a manufacturing defect:
- Email us within 7 days of delivery
- Do not wear or wash the item
- Items must be in original condition with tags attached
Sizing Responsibility
- Please refer carefully to our size guides before purchasing. Measurements are provided to help you find the best fit. We cannot accept returns for sizing issues.
Shipping Issues
8 Star Patterns is not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- Delays caused by carriers or customs
If you experience a shipping issue, contact us and we’ll assist where possible.

- All pre-orders and early access purchases are final sale and cannot be canceled once placed.
